Kinimama’s Crazy Good Coffee Creamer Recipe

All the coffee lovers, raise your mugs!! 

Coffee was my college-sweetheart and we’ve never lost touch.  It’s true.  Our relationship has changed over the years but the love is still there.  It’s my 30 minute meditation before the kiddos get up. 

I’ll never give it up. I stand by that. 
Years ago I found that I was putting more and more “fake” creamer into my coffee.   I say fake because it apparently takes 25 ingredients I can’t  pronounce to make French Vanilla creamer. But I was straight up addicted.  In my heart I knew this was one of those habits I had to change, if not for my health, it was time to stop betraying my dear delicious coffee. 

So I set out to find a homemade creamer that would be just as delish, easy to make, and better for me. 

Well folks I did it.  I mastered this creamer challenge.  I have been making this same recipe for 2 years.  The hubs and I have not grown tired of it. It’s a favorite amongst my coffee date friends and I’ve even given it as a gift. 

Without further ado, here is what you will need:  

 
That’s right folks, 3 ingredients and a fancy jar. Milk, vanilla extract and condensed milk.   
 
About 16 oz. of milk. 

  
 
This is the messy part:  One can of sweetened condensed milk, which, for the record, has only two very pronounceable ingredients.

Now comes the magic part. The Vanilla Extract. It can also be fun to switch up the flavors from time to time.  Almond is my favorite, but vanilla is an overall winner in our house.  

I started out with 3 teaspoons of extract, but have discovered a few tablespoons is delish.  So, this part is up to you. Just ask yourself, how much do you like vanilla?

KINIMAMA’s CRAZY GOOD COFFEE CREAMER

  • 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
  • 16 oz of milk of choice
  • Somewhere between 3 t. to 3 T. vanilla extract (to taste: how much do you love vanilla?)

Add all items to your jar of choice and shake it up really good. I have found that adding the milk before the condensed milk makes for an easier blending process. 

 
Practical tip:  It took me a year to figure out that while mason jars are super hip, they are kinda sloppy for that a.m. coffee pour.  And really, who needs more shit to clean up first thing in the morning? This practical little container was $3.00 at the local grocery store.
